About Us
ICT Incubator Centre Sdn Bhd (IICSB) is a MSC status Incubator entrusted by the state government to house local talents with ICT related ideas (ICT/Multimedia, e-commerce, telecommunication, biotechnology, and/or bio-informatics) to develop and commercialize their ideas with help from MDeC and other authorities.
The incubator will provide facilities such as Servers (Sun Microsystems), Computer Labs, Meeting Rooms, Showroom, Common Business Centre and other facilities that are necessary for business to kick start. Other than that, the incubator will also provide management services and assistance for incubates to generate and fine tuning the ideas, develop prototypes, getting financial assistance and monitoring the projects involved.
The IICSB mainly composed of:
a. Business Centre which house the administration office and shared facilities such as meeting rooms, showrooms, server rooms and etc.
b. Technology Lab is where the incubates develop their prototypes. It is shared facilities among than 3 people per project at a time. This is due to a limited seat of 20 workstations.
c. Commercial Area is where some incubates may have their own office space at a special rate.
The incubation period at IICSB will range from 6 months to a maximum of 2 years.

GOALS AND OBJECTIVES
The objectives for IICSB’s are outlined below:
1. To establish a successful incubator centre that will provide a world class infrastructure and support management services for ICT development.
2. To create a condusive environment for ICT entrepreneurship.
3. To become an established ICT community destination by end of first year.
Business Philosophy the keys to our success are:
i) Building and maintaining strategic alliances with Institution of Higher Learnings (IHLs), ICT Industry Players, Financial Institutions, ICT related NGOs and other industry related business partners.
ii) Adopting a customer and market focused sales and marketing paradigm and
iii) Managing the business by implementing, and consistently measuring and adjusting the fundamentals of a Balanced Scorecard
