ICT Incubator Centre Sdn. Bhd. (IICSB) was established on 23rd of March 2009. IICSB is fully owned by IQSB. ICT Incubator established to assist local ICT entrepreneurs and acts as a catalyst for the ICT Industry in Kelantan particularly and Malaysia generally.

ICT Incubator Centre (IICSB) is a MSC status Incubator entrusted by the state government to house local talents with ICT related ideas (ICT/Multimedia, e-commerce, telecommunication, biotechnology, and/or bio-informatics) to develop and commercialize their ideas with help from MDeC and other authorities.
